Our phone emergency assistance is exclusively available for Belgian nationals to provide support in humanitarian need of extreme urgency during a catastrophe and during the emergency.

During opening hours, do not call the emergency hotline, but contact the general telephone number +380 50 355 23 53

For urgent cases (accidents, lost/stolen documents, etc. - no visas!) after working hours and during weekends, Belgians can reach the Embassy in Kyiv via the emergency number +38 050 387 75 01.
